Determined to give every child the opportunity to feel confident
and proud of their appearance, Coach Andre's motto is
'when you look good, you feel good.'
Coach Andre's upbringing in impoverished Baltimore inspired the creation of Kicks 4 Kindness, a program aimed at providing new tennis shoes to underprivileged kids. Growing up in poverty, he wore worn-out hand-me-downs and even had shoes with holes in the bottom, using cardboard to cover the holes. He believes that every child deserves the joy of owning a brand-new pair of tennis shoes. By providing new shoes to kids in need, Kicks 4 Kindness aims to boost their confidence and self-esteem.
